Today’s guest is Ricki, a single mom to four boys and a passionate advocate for youth development and diversity and inclusion. With 10 years of experience in study abroad programs, Ricki has hosted seven high school exchange students and supported hundreds more, fostering cross-cultural connections and understanding.
With a background in psychology, her career has focused on trauma-informed practices, non-profit work, and people-to-people diplomacy. Recently, Ricki has taken on volunteer roles supporting refugees in her local community, furthering her mission of creating meaningful relationships. Deeply influenced by holistic health and somatic practices, Ricki brings a grounded, compassionate perspective to everything she does. We’re so excited to dive into her journey today!
