In this episode, Sam has his girlfriend Colleen join the podcast. They record the episode on the road to Divide, Colorado, prior to Colleen's first 100k, which is the Great Divide 100k.
Before this race, the longest race Colleen had ever run was a 50k. Sam coached Colleen throughout the training, so together they share the story of the training and the pros and cons of signing up for a 100k.
