Saying that your customer comes first means nothing unless you can back it up with action. Learn how you can use a customer satisfaction program to prove that the customer is always at the center of your bid effort!
This is something that most of your competition won’t have, but with an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, you can knock this out of the park! In a proposal, proof points and action are always needed to back up statements like “the customer comes first.”
