Kayleigh Marie O’Keefe is the founder of Soul Excellence Publishing. She works with business leaders who desire to shape the culture, amplify their impact, and leave a legacy by sharing their stories of personal transformation in bestselling books. She is the publisher of the international bestsellers Leading Through the Pandemic: Unconventional Wisdom from Heartfelt Leaders and Significant Women: Leaders Reveal What Matters Most.

Prior to founding the company, Kayleigh spent over a decade as an advisor to Fortune 500 executives with CEB (now Gartner) and as a commercial leader at Snapdocs, a Series-C real estate technology company. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Kayleigh also hosts The Kayleigh O’Keefe Show podcast where she shares her uncensored views on culture, politics, society, and sports. She has walked over four hundred miles across two different routes of The Way of St. James pilgrimage through Spain and Portugal. After spending most of her career in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, she now lives and creates by the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
