To be human is to feel—joy, fear, anger, grief, love. But when emotions move through us without awareness, they can take root and unsettle our inner world. Today’s meditation invites us to honour our emotions, naming them with care and allowing their wisdom to guide us. With practice, we learn to pause, regulate, and return to balance—nurturing our mental and emotional wellbeing.
