SURVIVOR | JENNIFER MSUMBA || Least of These for Death Not Yet
Judge Rotenberg Center in Canton, Massachusetts is a day and residential school treating children from as young as five, all the way through adulthood with intellectual disabilities, psychiatric difficulties and those on the Autism spectrum since 1971.

JRC has been surrounded in controversy with allegations of abuse since it was founded by Matthew Israel. There’s something in their treatment plan that separates them from every other school or institution serving students with disabilities in the United States- something that experts and the United Nations deem as torture. Something the FDA banned but is still being used as a treatment today – electric skin shock. Survivor of the Judge Rotenberg Center, Jennifer Msumba describes what life was really like at the Judge Rotenberg Center and what her life is like now.
