Comedian and author Mike Bridenstine accurately accounts of the most unique and bizarre "stand-up comedy culture" that may have ever existing in the United States. As the guy who started it, I can say Mike's detail and accuracy is impressive for a guy who didn't live it. From major comedy stars to a dead possum we had it all in Kansas City. Especially when you have the Glazer father and sons directing this wacko premise of a comedy club.
A huge thanks to Mike for writing this book as we lived it. It's funny, we who were there can now appreciate of madness we survived of Standford & Sons Comedy clubs.
