One of the major things I've noticed is not many folks prepare for getting older whether 30 or 60yrs old, we go along drifting. Expecting more from the lease amount of effort in no direction. To grow for me means planning for the unknown with a direction or goal in mind. This means fear will show itself in the face of uncomfortable change but we must learn to act anyway for the sake of our own growth. In these moments we learn new things about ourselves as we shed a younger mind and bloom renewed.
