Have each team member write down a big, wild dream they have for the team—think moonshot ideas with no limits.
Fold them up, toss them in a bowl, and randomly pull one out.
As a group, pretend it’s five years in the future and this dream has already happened. How did you get there? What steps did you take?

Just like that, you’ve turned a dream into a game plan. Try this in your next meeting and watch how quickly your team starts thinking big.
