Being frank and open to each other at work should theoretically be a no-brainer. Of course it will lead to top performance and high quality service if people can say what they think! Or will it? Candour turns out to be a highly sensitive subject.

Firstly it turns out that it is not so easy to be open with each other. And secondly, openness also has its dark and downsides.
