Continuing our discussion from our last episode, we are further exploring how to have the courage to work through our own vulnerability and brokenness.
We explore our need to connect to our own Spirit and our awareness of how that connects us to some sort of Higher Power, God, whatever you might call that. We discuss a lot about the relationship between Love and Spirituality and our connection to Spirit and how that relates to our own vulnerability.
How does religion differ from spirituality, and can you have both?
What do you put your faith in?
How do we look for Light and connect to our Higher Power when we are walled off and shut down? What happens when a child is born into a home of trauma and abuse… can they still find that Light? Yes, because that Light is within. We come into this world carrying that Light. And sometimes others reflect that Light back to us… they see us, they see our Light, and it reminds us that we have it.
Be Light to others. Be Light for others. And look for it in others as well. And when you do, eventually, it’s going to be okay. You will get through the darkness.
Make a difference, and walk someone closer to finding their own Light.
