- Tom Mountjoy is a New Zealand born anthropologist, movement researcher, teacher and athlete with 25 years experience in health and athletic performance education. Currently based in Norway, Tom offers a movement-focussed holistic approach to health and longevity and holds retreats, trainings and workshops worldwide. Current research and teaching interests include the integration of somatic practices into psychedelic experience and the awareness and application of sacred masculinity practices in contemporary society.
