There's a lot that happens in the short stretch of time spent in the mother-baby unit, and it can feel like a bit of a whirlwind. Dr. Val and Dr. Philip will get into more of what to expect in the newborn period. This includes weird things your baby does, pooping and peeing, when to ask for help, what to expect if your child is getting circumcised, and so on.
There are so many normal things that are kind of unsettling, as you get to know your baby.
This episode should hopefully make that experience at least a bit more manageable!
