Ep. #174 - You Ask God Too Many Questions. But Here's Why That's Ok!
Manage episode 510128728 series 2824581
Kids are experts at asking questions.
“Why is the sky blue?”
“Do dogs go to heaven?”
“Why can’t I have ice cream for breakfast?”
As parents, we get peppered with questions all day long. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we’re stumped, and sometimes we just say, “Go ask your mom.”
But here’s the thing: kids ask questions because they trust us. They know we love them, so they’re not afraid to bring their curiosity, doubts, and even complaints to us.
And that’s when it hit me: this is exactly how God wants us to come to Him.
We don’t have to pretend to have it all together. We don’t need perfect words or polished prayers. God invites our questions—and in them, He shows us His goodness and steady love.
