On this episode, we go back to 2020 when a series of events was sent in motion that eventually led to the start of this podcast.

When Pastor Ron at First Baptist Church in Dunkerton, IA needed a fill-in preacher...he asked me. So with no prior experience preaching, I delivered a message that centered around the basic principles of Christian living from Romans 12:1-2.

You don't have to be a follower of Jesus or even a believer in God to enjoy this podcast, but you can't deny that there are principles in the Bible that if we apply them to our lives, the outcome is far greater and less painful than if we just do things our way.

After preaching that message, more opportunities came and I delivered more sermons that I will be sharing on future episodes. I also found my self speaking to young people at youth groups and JH/HS football teams which really ignited my passion to speak to as many people as I can. Then BOOM, the podcast idea came!
