Susan Bittner has 20+ years of corporate experience. She spent the first 10 years carving out roles for herself while she figured out what she wanted to be when she grew up. Around 13 years ago she learned about executive coaching, organizational development, leadership development and she felt like she had found her home. She has continued to work to support leaders in finding their authentic self and to lean into the belief that sometimes perfect can be messy.
