Do you want to be fearful & riddled with anxiety? Of course not! But living in that state is a choice and you can choose to free yourself from it by bulletproofing your mindset.

That’s simply a memorable way of describing what happens when we shift the disempowering thought patterns that keep us stuck. Our thoughts & beliefs are real things. They generate very real emotions.

This week I’m addressing the top three questions on my clients’ minds right now. Like, “How can I get back to normal & feel like I have my life under control? The world is such a mess & it seems like everything in my life has been turned upside down.” That thought on repeat will definitely make you feel anxious!

Fueling the thoughts we dwell on with heightened emotion results in a self-fulfilling prophecy, whether it’s good or bad. Like attracts like. That’s why our mindset affects our physical health too. The theory that disease begins in the mind is backed by research & some of our oldest spiritual philosophies.

I’m also sharing an interesting phenomenon—the nocebo effect. You’ve surely heard of the placebo effect. The nocebo effect is kind of the opposite, but says just as much about the power of our minds over our bodies.
