EP167 - One bad Week doesn’t mean disaster

In today’s solo episode, I’m sharing something real, honest, and very human… because even as a coach, I’m not immune to the wobbles.

Over the last couple of weeks, life hectic. I had a crazy work schedule, long days in the office, dinners out every night, no gym sessions, calories all over the place, and - the cherry on top - I missed a podcast episode.

Cue Clive (my inner critic) shouting louder than ever:

“You’re failing.”

“You’re going to get fat again.”

“You may as well give up.”

“You’re inconsistent.”

“You’re a coach - you should be perfect.”

Sound familiar?

Because for so many of us, one thing goes wrong… then suddenly it feels like everything’s gone wrong.
