The administration is rolling out another $12 billion in “Farm Aid”, supposedly to help farmers hurt by the ongoing trade war—yet most of that cash, just like in 2018 and 2019, is poised to flow straight through the farmers and into the pockets of Big Ag giants like Bayer and Monsanto.
