The unknown is a scary place to be. The mind loves security, it loves the known and predicting what can happen in the future. The mind is powerful and it has kept us alive for thousands of years. The known helps us get our next meal, but the unknown fosters creativity, desire, excitement. When I'm open to the idea that we have no clue what's going on it feels as though I'm being flung through the cosmic darkness just to land in my own soft and welcoming arms.
