What if unlearning was more important then learning? The beliefs, values, habits, and emotions that run our unconscious mind are learnt early on in life in order to survive. The survival mind. These are often self-limiting and restrict you from creating the life of your dreams. Stuck in the survival mind even though we are now safe. Because it is easier for the mind to stay in the known reality instead of facing the fear of the unknown. But when creating, you cannot be in the survival mind because you are in the present, creating something new outside of your known reality.
In this episode Jarrod and Adam discuss moving from survival to creation, facing their fears, and moving towards becoming their true selves. To do this they discuss what they need to unlearn.
