Frank Repass served for more than a quarter-century in the law enforcement profession, 20 years of which were on a SWAT Team, which Frank soon commanded. He is also co-founder of the annual SWAT Roundup held in Orlando, Florida, and still dedicates much of his time to training both law enforcement and the general public in the art of personal defense with firearms, chemical weapons, blunt weapons and others.
