Today’s word is a call to boldness, action, and stepping out. In sports, especially basketball, there’s a phrase that rings true in life: “100% of the shots you don’t take, don’t make it.” Too often, we delay action due to fear, procrastination, or uncertainty about the outcome. But faith requires motion.
Stephen walks us through John 21:6, where Jesus tells His disciples, who’ve caught nothing all night, to cast their nets on the other side. When they obeyed, the results were abundant. The same principle applies to our lives today: God often meets us not in our hesitation, but in our action.
Whether it’s a long-overdue phone call, a bold new step in your calling, or simply trying something you’ve been afraid to pursue, this episode is your motivation to take the shot. The outcome is in God’s hands, but the step is yours to take.
