Becca Hubbard currently serves as the Director of Retention & Student Success at Louisiana State University. She has over fourteen years of experience on LSU’s campus working on student success. In this role, Becca oversees initiatives that support students’ transition and success at LSU, specifically Bengal Bound Orientation, Welcome Week, and Retention Outreach, and serves as LSU’s Athletics Certification Officer. With a burning heart to serve students, the students she has served have experienced highs in retention benchmarks, GPAs, and honor roll recipients.
