This week on Miami Vice: Vice minus Crockett (with a very clearly ADR'd-in excuse of testifying elsewhere) is trying to get in with Borrasca, who is part of a splinter cell group that uses drug money to fight communism in the made up country of Puerto Rubio. As Tubbs and Switek get closer, a very shadowy and overly-tanned figure warns them to back off and he goes way back with Castillo. Reese, may or may not be sanctioned by the government and Castillo is doing his best to see what side of the law he is while Vice tries to get closer to Borrasca through his connections: a retired detective (OOF RIP), a gorgeous nightclub owner and associated goons. Will Vice be able to get Borrasca to trial for his crimes without interference?
