The EFF is currently addressing the media briefing shortly following a decision of the Western Cape High Court to suspend the VAT hike announcement of 0.5 percent which made last month. The High Court has also ruled to set aside the resolution of the National Assembly adopting the report of the Joint Standing Committee on Finance on the Fiscal Framework and Revenue proposals adopted.
