Prologue

Alan is passionate about giving people the experience of mindfulness and presence through public speaking. Alan is a seeker who discovered his passion for coaching people in the 1970s. He is the founder of Alan Carroll & Associates, which offers mindfulness in action workshops. Alan graduated from San Jose State University with a Masters in Psychology and is the author of The Broadband Connection.
