181. How to Make Quarter 4 Your Most Profitable Yet Without Burning Out

It's said that we overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year. In this solo episode, I walk you through a grounded Q4 reset: how to debrief the year so far, choose your “big rock” for the quarter, align it with your Human Design, and set up simple systems so your business fuels your life (not the other way around).
