As a somatic practitioner, I offer structured support for a person’s connection to life, pleasure, intimacy and their body.

Somatic coaching and bodywork is for people seeking to experience liberation in their lives -- sex and beyond! People who want more pleasure in their everyday life -- who are ready to stop enduring the things they don’t want. People who want to dream bigger for themselves -- who are ready for better relationships with themselves and others, better sex lives, better careers. People looking to stop working against and instead unite with their bodies and sexuality.

I have a background in coaching for anti-oppression. I've been in training for sexological somatics for the past three years and doing so formally in school for the past year, earning certifications in Embodiment Sex Coaching and Somatic Sexological Bodywork. I will be opening up spaces for more clients starting in February, at a discounted rate while I complete my programs, which wrap up later this year.

Finally, I am in the process of kicking off a somatic sexuality community. It will center on somatic sex education, skill-building, and the sharing of stories and experiences -- a place to go to talk about the challenges, curiosities, and joys of life and sex from the embodied perspective, where people can learn, be encouraged, and see their lives change.
