I want to stop smoking, and I’ve tried a lot of things, and this is now my weird idea: I’m going to create a little audio journal, where I document my attempt to stop smoking. Every time I smoke a cigarette, every time when I want to smoke a cigarette And I successfully refrain from doing so I am going to record a little, audio journal entry, and maybe by the end of it, hopefully, I’ll have my complete journey of going from a pack a day to zero.
