We're thrilled to start 2025 on Under The Hood with a remarkable guest: Tamara Gracon!Tamara Gracon is a seasoned executive, board member and advocate for board diversity. After nearly 20 years at KPMG, she runs her own strategy and change management consultancy. She is passionate about ESG as a strategic imperative for growth and value creation. She works with private companies to grow their businesses in alignment with their values. She is an advisory board member and board member to several start-up companies, primarily in the technology sector. At KPMG, she worked with companies of all sizes, across industries to value their intellectual property (IP), align supply chains, and integrate M&A into their existing IP/supply chain structures. She believes that cognitive diversity leads to optimal decision-making. Boards should reflect a mix of gender, race, orientation, educational backgrounds, and lived experiences. The Board must help the CEO navigate the blind spots of the management team.She is committed to board advocacy through her roles as Board Member and Compensation Chair on the PDA Board, as Chapter President San Francisco, and Chairing the Inaugural PRISM Conference in 2024.
