In this first of many to be signature [un]common True Stories episodes, that highlights the extraordinary stories of people who have had [un]common impact, and life-altering experiences in our world, I introduce JJ Lasley. JJ is a Stanford Grad, and NFL player who came from a racially charged, and aggressive background on the violent streets of Los Angeles. We talk about how he navigated that early experience, and became the man he is today because of his sports, his coach mentors, and the support of his Mom.
And now, with his partner and fiance' Irina Chernova JJ is leading the industry in finance through real estate, and a new adventure disrupting the current state of football by creating the Freedom Football League.
