My guest and new friend, Alyssa Bethke, and I know what it feels like to unravel from trying to do it all - and I'm guessing you might relate to that feeling too. In a moment of powerful honesty, Alyssa is sharing the moment she realized how harmful "doing it all" was to her life and soul, and how to get back to a place of meeting God in our need. I cherished this episode with Alyssa and loved getting to talk about how to manage overwhelm, *actually* see our mundane as meaningful, encouragement for those feeling overlooked, and some wisdom on soul care and physical care.
