This week on Trudge Report, all four of the boys are back in action. We start out with a quick sports check-in with a look at all of our NFL teams and then we touch on the MLB playoffs that have been very entertaining thus far. Greg and Corey still have skin in the game with their teams playing, Bill and Shawn can only watch and enjoy.
During spooky season each of us are bringing a Halloween or spooky type topic to the pod. This week is Shawn's turn, and he brings the subject of the Black Dahlia murder from 1947 in Los Angeles. This case remains unsolved but nonetheless has a host of very interesting facts and theories.
Also, this month each of us are taking turns bringing some type of recovery/ spiritual/ meditation reading to the pod and reading it and then each one of us share on it and break it down. This week is Greg's turn, and he brings a great reading that sparks a wonderful conversation and deep thought for all of us.
