I recently helped my friend Deville Nunes set up a complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system — including training videos, a spreadsheet to track tasks, and even a job application form for new applicants — so he can hire a virtual assistant to handle all his research work. This got me thinking: I could offer this as a done-for-you service for other real estate investors, hiring, training, and managing VAs for them to streamline their operations and save time.
