Sarah and Dave continue the conversation about what healthy boundaries look like and how upholding them can make you feel even worse than someone crossing them in the first place. Boundaries keep us healthy! They allow us to navigate our relationships while keeping us safe. Porous or weak boundaries often come from our family of origins and follow us well into our adulthood if we don't come to understand, we will most likely find self-betrayal.
