Chau Le, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and founder of L’esprit Psychiatry. With a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to mental wellness, she helps clients reconnect with themselves and reclaim their energy. She is also a new Yale Clinical Professor! Her work bridges clinical expertise with creativity, mindfulness, and grounded emotional care. Chau is also a devoted mom, interior designer, DJ, and so much more! And is living proof that alignment, not hustle, is the new path forward.
