We are back with a new Season of The Thirst Time, the show that takes a deep dive into the careers and journeys of some of the most creative minds in the craft beer industry.

Todays guest, we have, Jeff Cozzens, co founder and owner of Schilling Beer.

Schilling are a brewery based out of a picturesque brewhouse and taproom, sat right on the river in the little mountain town of Littleton, New Hampshire.

With a focus on European styles, and a deep love of all things Lager. Something that I/we also have a deep love for.

It was so cool to be able to sit down with Jeff and have this conversation face to face. Jeff and Zac came over especially to brew a collaboration with us, a Dunkel none the less. I’d met Zac way back at Friends Family & Beer when he was working at Trillium. We’d kept in touch and when I saw the amazing work he and the crew at Schilling were doing, I reached out to see if they wanted to brew something up together. They said yes, but if we’re brewing we’re coming!

So we had the honour to host them here and show them a little bit of Manchesters beer scene.

Enjoy and as ever... Stay Thirsty
