Previously, Jen founded The Nonprofit Collective, an online community and consulting business that helps nonprofits scale their impact sustainably and acted as the Director of Community at ChIPs, a nonprofit organization that advances and connects women in technology, law and policy.
She earned her BA in Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and is on the board of First Love Yourself, Inc., a nonprofit promoting self-love for marginalized youth.
