Dr. Saad is an expert on happiness, which affects everyday people, those without depression, anxiety, and even suicide. The unknown amount of lives Dr. Saad has saved is astronomical. We discuss some of the 8 secrets for leading a good life throughout the episode in detail.

Dr. Saad did an interesting study where a number of men were given high-end vehicles, Mercedes, Ferrari, etc., vs those given older not so showy cars. Testosterone test levels were taken from both. Dr. Saad is a Professor of Marketing at Concordia University and has pioneered the use of evolutionary psychology in marketing and consumer behavior. Saad's views have been mentioned in The Economist, Forbes, Chatelaine, Time, and The New York Times to name a few.
