Name: A Lit Pipe

Inspiration: Since our topic this week is covering how the entire tv show would have finished, I thought of an iconic scene at the end of ther series (IFYKYK). This was my first time working with smoked cocktails, and I wanted to make sure we got the "old fashioned" vibes of smoking a pipe.

Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker or mixing glass with ice, pour:
2 oz bourbon
0.5 oz cinnamon simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
stir, then strain over glass with a large ice cube
light the cinnamon stick and stick into the glass
put the smoker over the top of the glass and light the apple chips
smoke for 30 seconds, then remove the smoker
express an orange peel over the cocktail and garnish
