Wake from the Dream

Inspiration: I was trying to think of a cocktail inspired by our esteemed guest, stunt coordinator Jan Petrina. Jan worked a lot with the Aiel, so I was trying to think of an Aiel cocktail. I recently had something called a breakfast martini and absolute loved it and thought this could go with the Aiel and waking from the dream (they refer to death, I just like it when I wake up).

Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker pour:
1.5 oz gin
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 tsp orange marmalade (you may muddle the marmalade)
stir to combine
add ice, then shake
double strain into glass
squeeze then garnish with an orange peel
