The proposal to build a new cell phone tower near Plainview got no support from the city commission, it’s county fair season in southern Oklahoma, and one area agency wants to see Hope Rising during Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.

Plus: Early voting got underway for residents in the Lone Grove school district this week, Southern Tech is considered one of the top vocational schools in Oklahoma and the nation, and Changes are coming to how the OSU Extension Office in Carter County does their banking.
