My guest today is Tara Paul, who is no stranger to loss. We met through our sons, but I felt drawn to her as I read her honest and vulnerable posts on social media. Her mother died tragically in a car accident 15 years ago, and she lost her husband, Vrydon, to pancreatic cancer just one year ago. She shares those stories and more with me as we talk about how to navigate these people that we miss in a special way around the holidays.
