Married for over three decades and a mother to two wonderful children, Helen's life has been a living example of commitment, resilience, and love. Her journey hasn't just been about building her own marriage; it's been about nurturing countless others through her active leadership in the church community, especially with young married women.

Helen is a Certified Christian Marriage Life Coach and feels specially called to help women in their 30 to 40s who are finding marriage more challenging than they anticipated to believe in and find fulfillment in their marriage using her L.E.A.P Method.

Helen has an intriguing story because her husband is a Nominal Christian, but this has not stopped her from being fully committed to Christ and still have a very happy and harmonious marriage. This makes her uniquely qualified to help women with unbelieving spouses.
