In today’s episode, I talked with guest speaker, Tracy Schmidt.

Tracy Schmidt is a Christian and lifelong follower of Jesus. She has been married to Ryan for 9 years and they have two daughters, Payton (who is 4) and Samantha ("Sammie" or "Sam" who is 3). They love doing things together as a family - a lot of it focused on being active and outdoors - going to the beach, taking walks, playing on the swing set, and also going to church.

In her professional life, Tracy is a health and life coach specializing in helping couples who have been struggling to get pregnant. She works with them to improve egg and sperm health, balance hormones, reduce toxicity and restore hope so they can improve their chances of getting pregnant and have the family they greatly desire. Tracy is so passionate about helping these couples because she also struggled to get pregnant and have her girls. She wants couples to know there is a way out... a way that focuses on health and healing so they can become parents.

She went into detail of how Jesus has always been a part of her life in so many ways with growing up catholic, seeing him show up when her parents passed away, and more.

Tracy explained in full detail, her walk into becoming a mom and how it wasn’t an easy process but she is so glad now that she went through it and is now able to connect with others trying to become parents. Not to mention how God created a whole business for her out of it. Her story also has God’s handprints written all over it and I am honestly very thankful I was able to give her a spot to share her testimony of becoming a mom as I truly believe it is going to encourage a lot of you out there wanting to be mommas and going down a similar difficult route. God is truly so good.

Tracey also reminds us all of some great biblical truths such as God loves us, he doesn’t break promises, and being obedient, trustin,g and praying to him is so important.
