Welcome back to our Perimenopause Mini-Series! In Part 2, we’re diving into the fresh new hell of it all: the mood swings, the brain fog, the night sweats, and the “I swear I’m losing my mind” moments.

If you’ve ever found yourself crying one minute, rage-cleaning the next, and questioning everything in between, this one’s for you. We’re getting honest (and a little unhinged) about what it really feels like to live through perimenopause — the symptoms no one told us about, the emotions that don’t make sense, and the deep sigh of relief that comes from realizing you’re not crazy.

In Part 3, we’ll wrap up this series by focusing on what comes next: how to care for ourselves, find support, and make sure the next generation doesn’t walk this road alone.

So grab a cold drink (you’ll need it), and let’s get into it.

We'd love to hear from you! Reach out to us.
