On June 23, 2025, Noah Presgrove’s family filed a civil lawsuit in Stephens County, Oklahoma accusing multiple partygoers of causing his death. The wrongful death petition claims that Noah was beaten at a party where he was given alcohol as a minor and later found severely injured and nearly naked on the side of Highway 81.
