Wow, road trip 77, and we are far from running out of gas! This week we look at few more stories than usual and we return to The Weird Files.

First up, we look at Nirvana and Kurt Cobain's performance on Top Of The Pops in 1991. What could have been a career destroying move becomes an iconic moment for the show.

Then we talk about George Harrison, and how his humour and talent is so missed today.

Next it is U2 or The U2s as they had been advertised in 1979 at the iconic Hope And Anchor. Not too many people showed up, but those who did had a great time until a string broke.

Finally, a Weird File story about censorship and a teacher Hey, school board, leave that teacher alone....

Then not one, not two, but three Elvis stories for our from Memphis to Merseyside segment.

All that, plus charts and talk between two very good friends.
This week on The Way-Back Music Machine.

Don't forget to check out the Spotify playlist that goes along with today's episode!
