Happy Gotcha Month, Frankie! In this episode, I share the joys, chaos, and lessons from our first month with our new puppy, Frankie. From potty training adventures (and a 10 a.m. whiskey moment) to navigating life with our queen cat Ella, this season has been full of laughter, patience, and unexpected growth.

We also reflect on the August pause from fertility treatments, embracing this time to breathe, rest, and prepare for what’s next. With IVF now in its beginning stages and a long 2–3-month process ahead, this episode is about hope, endurance, and the beauty of moving forward—one step at a time, Forrest Gump-style.

Ps. I had no clue IVF has multiple stages—like ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo transfer, and the waiting periods in between!!!!
